About
I coach people who live between languages.
Who could you become in another language, if your past didn't set the limits? That question runs through everything I do.

My story
I was born in Buenos Aires and have lived in Montevideo since 2022. I studied psychology at the University of Buenos Aires and classical piano at Conservatorio Manuel de Falla. Both taught me the same thing: we become who we are through what we practice.
I've spent my life building skills on purpose, and watching how each one changed me. Five languages, and skills built along the way: chess, writing, self-publishing, building an online business from scratch. Every new skill asked me to become someone a little different, and every language gave me a new way of being myself.
As Paco Ardit, I write the Spanish Novels series: 26 graded readers for Spanish learners, with more than 160,000 copies sold. Writing is a skill I keep practicing, every week.
In 2013 I sat my first silent meditation retreat. Since then, Theravada Buddhism has been my path. Meditation is training too: of attention, of intention, of the mind itself. It shapes my life and the way I work with clients.
I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an Advanced Neurolanguage Coach®.
Who I work with
Multilingual professionals, entrepreneurs, founders, creatives and leaders who stand between worlds: between countries, between selves, between languages.
Some are reinventing themselves after a move or a career change. Others are growing into leadership in a new culture. Some come to work on a meditation practice, others on a business. Some come to learn a language. Others come to find their voice again. Most discover those are the same journey.
How I work
Coaching with me is about the future you want to create, not the past you carry. Who you become is shaped by what you practice, so we turn that future into skills and daily practice. We work on inner and outer projects together, because they rarely move separately.
Sessions are online, from anywhere, and in person wherever I happen to be.
What becomes possible when all of you shows up, in every language?
It starts with one conversation. Come as you are, and bring what you want to create.
